What we fabricate
- Residential ductwork. New duct runs, transitions, plenums, and modifications for HVAC retrofits.
- Ductwork restorations. Sealing, sizing corrections, and replacing failed sections in older homes.
- Commercial kitchen range hoods. Custom fabrication including exhaust hoods, makeup-air systems, and grease ducts.
- Custom transitions and fittings. When a stock fitting doesn't exist, we make it.
- High-efficiency gas furnace flue work. Stainless steel flue runs sized to manufacturer spec.
Why in-house matters
When sheet metal work is subcontracted, three things happen: the price gets marked up, the schedule depends on a third party, and the HVAC contractor and the sheet metal shop can blame each other when airflow doesn't work right. None of that happens here. Same shop, same crew, same accountability.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do commercial kitchen hood work?
Yes. Custom exhaust hood fabrication and installation, plus makeup-air systems sized to the hood CFM. We work with restaurants, schools, and institutional kitchens.
Can you fix a duct system that doesn't move enough air?
Often, yes. Common causes are undersized returns, restrictive transitions, or leaky joints. We inspect, measure static pressure, and propose a fix.
How is sheet metal pricing different from generic ductwork?
Custom fabrication is usually priced by the linear foot or by the piece, depending on complexity. We quote in writing after measuring on site.
